I'm writing this while on the second 9 hour layover at JFK! We were told that she went to a lot of trouble to make sure we were all seated together but in fact no one was seated together. Service was nearly nonexistent, one passenger had her name misspelled on her reservation, when the agency was told this was "no problem, it happens all the time", when she got to the airport she was told she would be denied boarding! It was only through the efforts of the Delta agent that she made the flight. I have a CPAP machine and was told that it could not be used on the plane, but Delta arranged it with no problem. All in all it seemed to me a less than professional service!

It was very quiet which was great as I was able to get my international driving permit within 10 minutes and no wait in line. The employee was so very nice and explained since it is my first time to Europe to keep the IDP with my NY drivers license at all times. The service was great.
