Ambiance: The layout it small and modern. There's a total of 4 table and a long table for a bigger group or to share. They're doing what they can with a small space which I appreciate. This is more of a fast food kind of coffee shop. You are able to study and work but just keep in mind that it's a limited space. Service: The service was great. I ordered and didn't have to wait long. (Please keep in mind that they also run a drive thru) They were helpful when I had questions and I didn't have any issues. Food: I ordered an iced matcha, a turkey, havarti and avocado croissant, a cinnamon coffee cake and an order of churros. The matcha doesn't taste like traditional matcha but not overly sweet like other places. It's a nice middle if that's what you're wanting. The croissant was good but nothing really stood out on it. I was really excited for the churros but sadly it was little lacking. The churros were chewy instead of crispy. The coffee cake was really good though. Oh man, I love this drink so much. I wish it was year around. It taste exactly like a pumpkin pie. With the whipped cream, it just makes it taste exact. Lol. It's just so spicy and refreshing. It's so good. I always get it with oat milk and never with whipped cream but this time I wanted whipped cream I asked for way less milk because oat or not. My stomach just doesn't like it. I drink it halfway and then I mix the whipped cream drink 1/4 and then I had to toss it. But this is one of my favorite drinks right now all for a while every time I think of holidays, I was on the strike specifically.. I would recommend anybody going to try this, especially if you love pumpkin. Are the people that are really nice I think there was a new guy when I went. They were kind of. He was really slow, but he got the drink right so that's all that matters. He was most likely training I hope but again that's OK. Takes time to learn new things. My husband and I order from this specific location regularly because we used to enjoy it, but lately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service has become noticeably worse, and it often feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than appreciated. On top of that, the food quality has been very inconsistent, with some orders being downright horrible. When you're paying good money, you expect the food and service to meet a reasonable standard. It's frustrating because we genuinely enjoyed coming here, but if these issues continue, I'm not sure we'll keep spending our money at this location. Decided to try a new coffee spot since I'm tired of the normal coffee shops and this place did not disappoint. The coffee flavor is very rich. The donut holes were absolutely delicious they were warm and the taste was perfect! My son loves croissants and we couldn't go wrong with getting one. The staff he friendly and the vibe is great. Ordered a drink for delivery from them and the driver spilled the drinks. I contacted the restaurant as the delivery instructions said and was told "im not sure how I can help you." I stopped by Beans and Brews to try their new Lucky Charm Mocha today. Went through the drive thur where customer service was great. The Mocha is definitely a fun, festive drink if you're in the mood for something sweet. The drink is made with white mocha and Irish cream, topped with their soft top and sprinkled with Lucky Charms cereal. It looks super cute and colorful, but for me it was a little on the sweeter side. If you love sugary, dessert style coffee drinks you'll probably really enjoy it. I discovered it when heading to my local animal hospital. I ordered a green tea with honey. It was reasonably priced and the service was excellent through the drive through. The next time I stopped by I entered the establishment to check it out. It's a quaint little coffeehouse with about 6-8 tables. Not large and not too tiny. Came in as i wanted a coffee and this was the closest one, i decided to give it a try. I opted for the drive thru option and the drive thru line is a little longer than usual even if it was only 2 cars ahead of me it took a good 15 minutes, however their drinks were pretty good! I ordered the "Frozen Latte" it was pretty good and not too sweet or bitter ! We also ordered the "Pom berry" refresher and it was alright, their refreshers just taste like straight syrup and water which is not that good IMO, I would think at least a tea/fruit juice or a better alternative. Anyway my frozen latte was good so it wasn't that bad! I don't think i would drive out of my way to come to this place but if i happen to be in the area again i would stop by again! I've been intending to try Beans & Brews since they opened in Vegas, but haven't found myself in the area. Thankfully I had a volunteer event nearby, so I seized the opportunity to finally stop in. I was in a hurry, so I opted for the drive-thru. After inquiring about their chai (the barista stated it was mild, and I like a very spicy chai), I ordered the Iced Caramel Cielo latte. It took a little longer than I'm used to for a drive-thru espresso stand, but the barista was super nice, which made up for the wait. My drink was delicious! I struggle to find good coffee in Vegas, but this was a good balance of coffee and sweetness. It was maybe a little on the sweet side, but you'd expect that from the drinks name. The caramel balanced well with the espresso and didn't overpower it. I had such a great experience, I went back the next day as I had to run errands in the area. The cashier was very nice. I was there for the first time and she ran down the menu with me. I settled on an iced mocha latte and it wasn't strong enough for me. The interior is spacious and has some short tables with one long one. Good for a meeting space. The second time I came I made my own latte, English toffee toasted marshmallow syrups. They have a pretty good sized menu, normal coffee type stuff and sandwiches and whatnot-- we got coffees and a donut and sat inside. I was excited to see a new coffee shop open up in my area, and have now been by three times. My first visit was great but they've gotten progressively worse instead of better. I will still likely go back due to convenience and genuinely wanting them to succeed, but they need to work on consistency and details. First visit via drive thru: fast and friendly, got a medium nonfat iced coconut latte. Price was a little higher than expected but not unreasonably so and I really liked my drink. Staff let me know about their app, which I got. Second visit, went inside: So clean and surprisingly spacious inside! Got the same drink as last visit because it was so good, but it didn't taste the same. Husband's order was incorrect. Unable to actually order via the app (says no locations using city name/zip code?) but can use coupons. Third visit, drive thru again: Ordered a medium nonfat iced mocha, no whip. This tastes like an iced coffee, with no notes of chocolate? Price I was given didn't match the menu price, so I asked for a receipt. The price on drive thru menu is $5.35 but rings up on receipt at $6.60, which is a over a dollar difference with no additions that would warrant an increase (and it would presumably be listed separately). Like I said, I'll continue to keep this place in mind but it seems like they need a bit more time to get things going consistently. read more

My son and I went there. The decor is really nice! They did a great job especially since this used to be a DQ! The guy at the counter was really nice. We were there around 3pm so it wasn't busy at all. I ordered the Frozen Mocha without whipped cream. It was a little bitter and very coffee flavored, so I probably should have kept the whipped cream in to mellow it out. My son got the Cougars Blood energy drink and it was really good! He was feeling the caffeine for sure! Tastes great when you get it, so drink up..it doesnt taste so hot once the ice melts and it gets watered down. But nice place!
