When I moved form Brunswick to Augusta, my dad left and my mon took me to the Untarian Church. It's the best thing that's happened to me. Not just because of how long I've been attending, but what good comes out of it, and how I'm molded as a human. That's exactly what we do as UU's is reinforce that fact that everyone is living as themselves so they are entitled by religious liberty to believe as they choose. No matter what branch or family tree you originate from, you are welcome always in our sanctuary.
