Students are challenged to reach new goals and can place into higher math classes and reading groups. I'm also impressed by the rich curriculum and expectations of excellence from students. 2) The uniform policy. I appreciate that my children are focused on academics and not distracted by attire of classmates. 3) The parent-led community. I love that parents have a seat at the table and collaborate with staff - whether it be helping create policies, selecting new curriculum, or volunteering in the classroom, parents are always welcome. Our family has been truly blessed to partner with Monument Academy for the education of our children.

I've been at this school for some time now, and there are THREE THINGS that make it truly special…read more 1. The sun-butter sandwiches are truly DELICIOUS. 2. The gymatorium is state-of-the-art and the best that I've seen in a long time. 3. The megaphone therapy from Mr. Patterson is incredibly inspiring and it has motivated me do to many great things. Some things that would make this school better would be more bouncy houses and also free ice cream on Mondays.

I love that I have been able to volunteer in the classroom to see up close how the staff works with my chrildren. They offer flexible schedules to work with your family and the cost very reasonable. This schools' caring staff works closely with the district to ensure your child is ready for kindergarten. I was in class the other day when a high school senior came into vist Ms Pam, the Director. He will be graduating this year and he wanted to thank her for all the things she had done for him when he was younger. I was amazed that this young man remembered how important she and the school was to him and that he took the time to let her know. This is proof that what this school stands for has an impact on the lives of the children it teaches. Came for a flag football game and was impressed. The field was in great condition and the stands…read moreprovided ample support. A bit different than normal bleachers. They even had a concession stand and an announcer for the plays. That made following the game easier. Parking was simple and while we bought tickets, no one was there to validate them.
