The shop itself was laid out very well, clean, and easy to navigate, which made browsing so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere felt professional but still friendly and inviting. The staff were all extremely helpful, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. We actually stopped by twice during our trip because the first visit was so good, and both times we received the same excellent service. The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of options for different preferences, and the prices were even better than we imagined. I prepaid for an online order at this location and they flat out refused to fill it. I showed them both the receipt as well as the charge on my bank account (both pictured below), and they said because they couldn't find it in their system they wouldn't fill the order regardless of the fact that I paid directly through their web-site. I'm going to be filing a suit in small claims court against this location and then we'll heavily publicize all over the state the judgment they have to pay out so that they can't steal money from people like this anymore. We're going to have volunteers passing out copies of the court order on the sidewalk outside of their locations. This is a totally dishonest group of people and they're going to experience the consequences of taking up roots in Fort Collins only to hurt the community.
