DANGER STAY AWAY!! I PAID TOP DOLLAR AND RECEIVED HANDYMAN WORK!! Bruce Keyser (THE KEYSER GROUP) or any other name he goes under became a liar and a cheat. I used Bruce for six years but he no longer cares. His crew (unsupervised) are extremely careless and unprofessional. Hardware put on backwards, new brushed nickel hinges covered with paint and the hinges themselves looked like they were purchased at a second hand store. Several items went missing, can't say they were stolen, but where did they go. He had the new carpets installed, tile floors professional steamed cleaned, and all duct work cleaned, before they were finished working. Now the rugs are stained and the tile floors are dirty (POOR SCHEDULING). The spackling and painting were so bad everything had to be done over. After 5 days to redo one bedroom I had to throw them out. BEWARE OF ANYONE HE RECOMMENDS. His electrician (FORTNER ELECTRICAL) cannot install anything straight and left outlets to close to new cabinets and installed a wired smoke detector above the oven. His tile setter (TORTORA TILE - CONSTRUCTION) installed the shower tile lower than the trough drain. Now the water pools around the drain. Less than one year I have cracks in my ceiling and the grout on the backsplash in the kitchen is cracking. These are just a few of the disasters, I can go on. If he would have stopped by at least once a week he would have caught a lot of the mistakes. read more
