No Im sorry or taking accountability for their error. Today I called in my order for pizza and a few other items. This was for my mom's birthday dinner. When I came in to pick up the order they handed over the pizza and was quick to take payment, while I waited for them to run my card I looked at the pizza and thank goodness I did. The pizza was completely burnt. When I asked the bartender about it she blamed the oven then she blamed the cheese. She said the owner Brandy knows about the problem but hasn't given it any attention or tried to fix the problem. The bartender also didnt even try to fix the problem or offer anything in its place. When I arrived home the other food was also not cooked all the way. The cheese curds were cold in the center. The hamburger bun was soggy and the fries were soggy and cold. Mind you my mom only lives about 10 mins away, so the food shouldn't have been cold when we got home. The ranch sauce was also very watery. I don't understand how so many things could go wrong with the same order. This was a complete waste of money. I have given this place multiple chances and they have been horrible. I really wish it was a better experience and better food.

Also at this time it was fairly slow I stood waiting to purchase my drink only one on that side of the bar and bartender walked past numerous times with out taking order which would not be a big deal if it were packed or numerous people waiting to be served but this was not the case at all. We also sat at a table off the side off the bar were we sat and drank and socialized, now generally after finishing a round of drinks I take empties up as get new drinks with the occasional lapse so there are a few empties on table bartender would come grab them before had the chance to bring them to the bar myself in doing so she would complain to patrons of the bar who were sitting at the bar about it which we could over hear and get the disapproving stare from said patrons and bartender. Lastly and the end of the evening there was few of us there still bartender announced last call at which point we got our money out to get our last drink of the evening but rather than serving us she began cashing out drawer counting tips and beginning to turn off lights so we did not purchase a final drink and departed the establishment. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming and we weren't even out of towers just not regulars to the establishment.

The menu is varied with many options including but not limited to sandwiches, burritos, appetizers, and many flavors of wings. We ordered a couple of different flavors of wings which were saucy so it might have been a good thing had they provided wetnaps of some type. The chimichanga was so large I was unable to eat it all.
