He is a very good Doctor very efficient, he does not waste your time but, he is never rushed with patients. He tells you like it is and he is not afraid to change medications that other Drs (specialists) have prescribed for your well being . He uses his keen Medical knowledge and the knowledge of the patient to determine this it seems. He has displayed great incite when issues arise as far as health and Insurance coverages, drug interactions, and the handling and filing( His office) of all the tons of red tape paperwork that are sometimes needed. On one office visit I had a medical emergency and all I remember is him being cool as a cucumber knowing EXACTLY what to do when a few of the nurses seem to be in a panic of sorts . GREAT DOCTOR!

While on vacation I checked in with a relatively small case of cellulitis. I will be checking out with an unaggressively treated case of cellulitis, dysentery, and possibly a MERSA to boot. While all hospital organizations are notoriously apathetic and obsessed with the smell of their own red tape, Novant Health is a stand out of incompetence and lip service. I did have the fortune of a kind nurse who at least SEEMED to be compassionate to my pleas for help once their antibiotics had ravaged my system of all natural Flora and beneficial bacteria. Still my hydration, comfort, and piece of mind were of no consequence to the organization whatsoever. The physician on call in the hospital was perfectly happy to let me check out at 330am to walk to the nearest 7-11 where medical help was more accessible and less fussy. I would suggest if you're in the vicinity of Salisbury NC don't get sick or injured. And if you do, seek treatment in Atlanta, Nashville, or Jacksonville instead. Given the lowly state of the education system in NC, I shouldn't have really expected to be treated by anyone who wasn't concerned about the remote possibility that a trannie might have used the bathroom right before them or that they might catch your contagious homosexuality by breathing the same air you do while performing routine activities like taking your blood pressure. Common sense and compassion are completely absent from the Novant Health System. Pray you get sick above the Mason Dixon line or somewhere in Florida. Patient care is not a priority here.

I ask him "are you positive?" He assured me that was all I needed. When I went back 10 days later as he told me to. He said, "you know, if you had been a professional athlete, I would have done surgery." What I use my wrist/hand for should have nothing to do with it. His job is to do his best to fix it. I walked out. I spent a full year, in pain and unable to use my left wrist/hand. I spent tons of my own money doing PT, seeing other surgeons that told me that I actually needed 2 surgeries, but it was too late. None of them would touch it. Then after nerve tests, I found out I had nerve damage in 3 different areas and needed surgery to fix that. After nearly 2 yrs, I found Dr. Chadderdon with OC who saved my arm. Ginn should not have a license at all, let alone claim to be a hand/wrist Dr.

Would not return…read more My employer referred me to one of several medical facilities for a routine drug test screening that had to be completed within 48 hours. I obtained the proper paperwork from HR, and was told FastMed was a walk-in clinic and that an appointment was not necessary. I called the front desk before going just to make sure, and after the automated system placed me on hold for about three minutes to talk to a receptionist, a lady answered by saying, "FastMed, is this an emergency or can you hold?" I thought that was unusual but said I could hold. I waited another three minutes and nobody returned to the line so I hung up. I also checked their website. Because the paperwork said I could go any time from 8 AM - 8 PM, I went at 7 PM after work hours thinking it would be less busy. Upon walking in, I realized it was more of an urgent care center than a screening facility. I stood at the front desk for a good minute and the receptionist, a middle-aged woman with red hair, wouldn't make eye contact until I said hello. She asked can I help you, and I told her why I was there and showed her my paperwork and tried to ask if they did this type of screening at this facility. She said I couldn't do the screening because they shut down that machine at 6 PM. Her tone was very curt. I asked her when their hours were for the screenings, and I told her I tried calling and couldn't get anyone, so I went by what was on my form and the website. She appeared to roll her eyes and said, "Look, I don't know who you talked to, but they're wrong. We don't do screenings after 6 PM. Come back tomorrow." She turned back to her computer without telling me what times I should plan to come in. If that wasn't discouraging enough, I went in the next day just before lunch hour hoping it might be less busy, and the waiting room was completely full. I spoke with another receptionist, a young lady, who was much more helpful and polite. She said there would be about an hour wait at least. I asked her what times they conducted the tests and when might be a better time for me to come back. She looked over at the same lady from the day before and asked her when the best times for a screening were, and the lady again barely looked up, and again said curtly, "Just sometime before 6 PM." The younger lady suggested coming back after 3 PM and said the afternoons were sometimes slower. I ended up contacting my HR department and got the order changed to Quest Diagnostics, a different facility that exclusively does testing and lab work, and I was able to make an appointment the very next morning, and was in and out in 15 minutes, a very pleasant experience. I am submitting the above review in the hopes that perhaps management will make their own assessment of this feedback to improve their customer experience. Since I never even had the opportunity to see a medical professional, I cannot attest to their quality of care. However, if it is this difficult to get information and polite customer service, I imagine this is impacting their business. I would have given only one star had it not been for the second young lady, who tried to be as helpful as she could be. The first receptionist did not appear to have a demeanor well suited to working on the front lines with the public.

It only means it lets them know who maybe coming in for the day . The receptionist was not friendly and also held our check in to help others and then because our check updated after others. She checked us in officially 35 minutes after our booked time slot. Our position was put further behind . There should be an explanation on line explaining that even though you book a time it's not an appointment time . We could have planned for a different tike frame when we had more time to wait ! We have always used this facility for physical and minor needs and never been treated like this and have never had this problem of not being seen in a timely fashion . The workers roll their eyes after patients check in and seem very unhappy to be employed .
