I do not normally write reviews about companies. However, Hamilton Hyundai in Clovis, New Mexico…read moredeserves this review and so much more. We were traveling from Arizona to Minnesota. When our palisade developed a transmission issue. We were able to limp the vehicle 200 plus miles to Hamilton Hyundai as they were the closest. Upon arrival, we met with Michael and explained the situation. He confirmed quickly that it was a transmission issue and asked his tech JT to work on it. He located parts in Dallas, Texas and asked them to put a rush on sending them. This issue happened on July 21st, and we were due to be in Minnesota on the 23rd for some commitments. Michael suggested the hotel across the street, and was able to loan us a vehicle so we could go get food, while they worked on the vehicle. He told us it would probably be Thursday or Friday before they could get it done. He hoped the part would come in Tuesday late or early Wednesday. On Tuesday about 4:00, my husband walked over to the dealership, just to see if by chance the parts had made it. To our absolute surprise and astonishment the part had come in early Tuesday morning and at 4:00 in the afternoon JT was almost done repairing the vehicle. They said the part came in early Tuesday morning and JT worked on it all day. He had everything done paperwork, and test drove it all before the 5:30 closing time. We can't say enough good things about Michael and JT along with Hamilton Hyundai for all they did for us. We have never run into customer service that was this professional, courteous, and friendly. We were able to leave New Mexico at 6:00 p.m. drove straight through the night arriving in Minnesota by noon. We were able to keep all of our commitments only because Hamilton Hyundai did such a great job. Thank you both, Michael and JT!!

Although he was already busy, he told me he'd put me next in line after the customer he was helping. Sure enough, he arrived in less than 30 minutes. Carlos expertly loaded the truck without causing any additional damage and safely delivered it to the house. The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. She was wonderful and answered my question about coming in to have a small crack fixed. I was on time for my appointment the very next day and had the crack repaired. They did a great job and it was done while I was in the waiting room. Both Carmen and Brinnie were great in the reception room. I highly recommend this establishment to get a windshield repaired. It was a reasonable cost also.

My family and I were traveling to Austin, TX on a Sunday night and the alternator went out in our…read more26' Uhaul truck. Trans-Matic Wrecker Service was called out to assist us with a tow and to possibly fix the alternator. We were literally between two small towns and Uhaul suggested that he tow us an hour in the wrong direction to stay the night. Calvin our driver came to the rescue and was able to get Uhaul to realize there were closer towns in the right direction and convinced them that would be the best remedy. Not only did he have to go 120 miles roundtrip to make sure we got into our hotel safely but he also came out the next day on another 120 mile roundtrip drive to replace the alternator and ensure my family and I were back on the road and on schedule. The 2 closer Uhaul service contractors didn't want to come change the alternator and Calvin didn't have to either... but he said he couldn't just leave us sitting there and came to the rescue. Trans-Metic Wreckers cared when no one else did. They'll take care of you as good as they take care of your vehicle. My family and I thank them for being so stand up and going above and beyond when they didn't have to.

Tried a couple other places but earliest they could get me take care of was 730am. Went back on Yelp and searched "auto repair" instead of"brakes" and Marez popped up. Called and spoke to Albert who told me he could get me in. Albert and his guys got both my brakes and rotors done in 2 hours! Absolute life savers!

I broke down in the middle of the name in this small city of Clovis. I tried calling 4 different…read moreshops with no answer or just voicemail. I tried Marez Auto and Albert answered on the 2nd ring. He was super nice as I explained my issue. Water Pump died and started pouring water out on my way from OK to Artesia. I was literally 3 minutes away from his shop and was able to limp over. Albert pressure tested the system and sure enough the water pump was shot. He ordered the water pump and new belt locally right away. Once he got the parts off, he also noticed that the idler pulley was nicked up and not working properly. While waiting for parts he suggested a good place to eat for breakfast/lunch, just a block away and good food. He completed the repair quickly once all the parts were received and I finally made my way back home. Albert is a great mechanic and good person in general. If I'm ever in the area again and need mechanic work, I would not hesitate in taking any vehicle to him for repair. God bless Albert.
