He refunded my money, but no refund fixes this. I've since been to several other professional salons and spent $1,000's of dollars hoping for a miracle. Every one of them was devastated for me -- there was nothing they could do. I told the owner, Lauren, what happened. She said she'd talk to him. Then silence. No follow-up, nothing. The only person who stepped up? My longtime colorist, who offered me free haircuts and moisture treatments out of her own pocket. I couldn't let her pay for what the salon and Ryan should have made right themselves. Shame on Ryan and shame on the owners. If you're considering any chemical service here, run.
