Beautiful Country wasnt the cheapest but they had the highest review ratings and could get it done the fastest. They gave me a window of between 8 am and 9 am. They arrived around 8:17. The crew asked me what I wanted done again to confirm it was what they had in their documentation. They got started right away. I am glad I hired them. They got it done way faster and safer than I could have ever done myself. The cleaned up and had their wood chipper to grind up all the branches. They arrived, completed the work and gathered all of the remaining debris. My only concern was that the cleanup was a little less than expected. I had to clean and blow a lot of the tree remains. Overall, I plan to use them later this year because their work is timely and professional. The removal of the tree was timely because once the trunk was exposed, the tree was rotting and several of the branches had fallen off during a windstorm. They arrived exactly when promised, with all the necessary equipment including a crane, a chipper, and flatbeds; and with a crew of seven hard workers. They removed the tree and the stump and all its debris, and left the entire area clean. Had a large tree break in a few pieces. One large piece landed on a fence, which had almost no damage, and another large piece hanging from the tree. Contacted several companies. Narrowed down to three based on explanation of work they would do and price. Beautiful country was the first one to get back and could perform the work with in two days. Others needed a week or more. They showed up on time and were able to take down the tree and all the limbs. Also ground the stump down and I had them do two more stumps while at the property. They did an amazing job. I was quoted a price for stump grinding, seeding and hay in writing via email. However, they only completed the stump grinding and then charged me the same amount claiming they didn't include the seeding and hay in the original amount quoted. Very confusing. They admitted they made a mistake but took no effort to rectify. When I suggested they put down some seed and hay next time they are in the area, they actually said, 'We might do it but only because we are nice. We don't owe it to you." They Might do it, probably won't and they are not nice. If you use this company, be sure that everything is completed before you pay or you may get an incomplete job. read more

I was amazed by how the gentleman climbed the huge tree and meticulously removed each limb. They cleaned up very well and explained the grinding process and what should happen with the remnant sawdust. I highly recommend them and will use them again. I chose them because of the positive reviews on Yelp and they lived up to them! I like companies that do not require me to be present for an estimate. They sent their person out to my home while I was at work and he emailed me the estimate. They only thing I would suggest is they confirm their arrival the day before the appointment. Alex and his crew were prompt, courteous, and super quick with 2 projects we needed done; one water drainage issue and the other a general cleanup and addition of flower beds. Alex gave me a very reasonable quote for both projects within days of visiting. He had great suggestions and feedback for the water drainage problem and worked with us to make sure we'd be happy. The crew showed up as expected and did great work. They had to dig up a large portion of the yard, but managed to get more of the grass back in place than I expected. The retaining wall they built for us looks great and solves a big problem by adding underground piping and drainage from where our Hvac drips.
