Here we are one month out and we just received notification that they are canceling on us. We even called them last month to confirm our date and ask them a few questions. They assured us everything was fine and they would be in touch just prior to the wedding. Our funds were refunded however, we are very disappointed as it is too late to find similar replacements.

We worked with Mercedes before the event for all the logistics (payment, scheduling, sponsorship, etc.), and I have to say she seems like one of the few people in the event planning industry to truly enjoys her job and that enthusiasm is really infectious and fun to work with. On the day of the event her husband brought the actual booth and he is incredibly easy going and just made everything a lot less stressful in the middle of tons of chaos. It was also raining on the day of our event (in the middle of July--thank you Pittsburgh's schizophrenic weather patterns), which had thrown everything into a panic, but he was really cool about it (we provided a tent), set up the props table and just rolled with it. So yeah, we had a great experience working with them, and they get the gold star for going above and beyond on a rainy, busy, crowded day. : )

We had a small ceremony on Friday with our families and a big party with our extended family and friends on Saturday. Andrew was very accommodating in his availability both days. He was the most responsive vendor with which I contracted! Andrew made time to meet with me on several occasions to visit our venue and go over our shot list in person. When it came to the actual events, Andrew made it a very relaxed environment. We got some very beautiful pictures from both days. The props were event-appropriate (5k race) with some fun and silly ones mixed in! The 360 camera added such a fun detail to our event and made it that much more special. The booking process was smooth and clearly communicated. Matt reviewed the event site and ensured that it was set up in a safe and clear area to capture the best pictures. The gallery was shared out less than 24 hours after the event for runners to view their photos. I will definitely recommend and use Matt and the team at Steel City Photo 360 for future events!
