She advised me the best way to express my feelings on the greeting card and she helped me arrange the flowers carefully with an excellent value. They also have single roses in different colours which my friend purchased. Great customer service, they were patient and tended to what I wanted. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke to both my mother and mother-in-law and nothing has come to their doorsteps. Sweetpea's didn't bother to even call me or e-mail to tell me that the flowers will not be coming. I'm assuming they won't be delivered this evening. Even if they are, the whole point was to have them delivered to be enjoyed during the day on Valentine's day. I will NEVER use this company again. The fact that they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that my order will not be completed as it was supposed to be shows a general lack of professionalism and a complete lack of respect for their customers. I'm hoping to get my money back tomorrow, because there is no point in getting Valentine's Day flowers after the actual day. Very disappointed!!

We had ordered centre pieces for all our tables, for the reception room tables, and for the ceremony site, as well as the flowers for the bridal party. I could not be happier with the outcome. The flowers were outstanding in quality, the arrangements were incredibly rich - she used a lot of flowers and did not spare any expenses to achieve the look I had asked for. Although I had only ordered centrepieces for the main ballroom, Naira went ahead and decorated the window panes and mantles of the entire ballroom with dozens of small vases and white flowers, matching my theme. I had not expected this; I had already paid for everything so she really did it because she simply thought it would make the room more beautiful. She seems to truly enjoy what she does and puts passion in it. She is very reasonably priced, especially for the high quality of the work she does.
