Next day he sent over a proposal that was very fair and also had the flexibility to paint the frames black (as well as paint the existing main awning frame black). Despite having several other estimates we choose Gene based on the sense of trust he was able to instill in a short period of time. 3 weeks later job was complete, excellent service and quality and very fair and competitive pricing. I researched some companies and put out feelers for people who we would work with, and I found Scott Anthony's Home Improvements through Yelp as one of the choices to work with us. He didn't have any reviews yet, but I looked at the pictures on the page and did some research online, other reviews on other websites seemed very positive and held him in high regard, so I gave him a call. He was professional, knowledgable, to the point, and organized when it came to getting this job scheduled and completed, and because he was able to fit the job into the agenda we have for other home improvements in the coming days, we decided to work with Scott. He rolled up to the house with a serious squad of workers, hauling trailer with equipment, ladders, and everything needed to do the job, and they went right to work. Within an hour or two the house had transformed like it was brand new again, these guys went all over making sure to get all the spots, clean the areas well, and Scott managed them as they did the work. Scott was also able to give me an estimate of the job from just a few pictures, quoting me at 325 for the gig, which after researching was a little on the higher end, but I went with Scott because he knew what he was doing, and was able to get us into the schedule on our agenda, which was great!
