Very affordable and not a bad job at all... I had an overall pleasant experience. I will say, I don't get my nails done often and the man who did my nails seemed to expect me to know what he meant when he tapped my hands to put them in the UV light or to go wash my hands. Honestly it was an amazing experience yes my thumb got a little cut but she saw that and made sure not to irritate it even more which honestly is pretty amazing and my nails look absolutely beautiful not clumpy or anything the didn't have enough blue butterflies to put on the nails I wanted so we compromised and put blue gems linh I think that's how it's spelled did my nails SHES AMAZING I thought I was gonna have to wait to get my nails done but she got me in literally the moment I walked in the door I didn't have high hopes for this place but I will definitely be going back read more

it was a great experience. I went in to receive a Mani Pedi clear coat, but the nail tech rushed through the process and barely coated my nails with anything. my toes look as if they weren't painted at all. Total cost $52 was it worth it? No I've already taken the small amount off of my toes after just getting them done today. My hands are tolerable but not acceptable. I will say that they do a pretty good job on the nails themselves, but what will prevent me from coming back here was their crappy attitudes. So rude and unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable. If you say you don't like something they are doing to your nails be prepared for them to be shitty to you. So basically they want you to pay all this money for somethingt you might not even like. Yeah no thank you...won't be going back there and won't be recommending it to anyone anymore. They need a lesson in customer service. I was very polite and even apologized for not liking what she did even though I shouldn't have had to, it was a simple fix. It's embarrassing how this place sends all the Hispanic & African american people to come back in 2-3 hours or even have them come back the next following day but someone that's White or someone that's having a full set of getto nails will service them in no time and have them sit in less then 20mins. And to top it off they dislike doing manicure and says that's a waste of time because they hate dealing with extra cuticles. What has this world come to read more

I had high hopes going there. I had an appointment with my friend at 7pm and they didn't start my nails until 7:30 when they closed at 8. In the middle of my friend getting her nails done the guy doing them got up and started vacuuming. I asked for a specific design and what I got was not that (pictured). The price was okay but I was there until 8:45 which seemed kind of ridiculous considering I went in at 7pm. The lady was nice but kept switching between the person next to me and myself which made it go even longer. I wouldn't go there again. read more

i am very upset. i've been going there for months and there have been times where i have not liked my nails or my experience. today i go in with my appointment being @4:30 with tammy. twenty minutes passed and i have still not been sat down. then another ten minutes pass(around 5oclock) and they tell me i have to go with another woman working there. also, side note, while i was waiting there another girl with an appt @4:30 and they told her to come back tomorrow @3 o'clock in the afternoon. when i get sat down i show her my design(look at the picture) and say this is what i want but with the blue color i had picked out. i was getting a fill btw. so she starts doing my nails and ends up taking all of them off except for two and says i need w whole new full set. i asked how much it was going to be and she tells me $42. then she's doing my nails and cuts them WAY too short. i told her where i wanted them and she still did not cut them at my desirable length. i also had mentioned i wanted nude acrylic powder because i didn't like the clear acrylic. she proceed to use the clear powder and so i said no i don't like that powder and she goes no no it's okay i will put nude over top. it was the clear nude and she only put one coat. at this point i was so mad and upset with my nails and experience i just wanted to leave. then she starts doing the tips and they are way too thick so i say i don't want them that thick. she tells me she has to because you'll be able to see my nail, which wouldn't have been an issue if she used the nude powder i wanted. then she tells me my nails are going to be $48. i was so mad so i paid and left. i then called and asked if i can come back tomorrow and she tells me i always complain and want to change my color and that i "throw a fit." my color was not the issue and i tried telling her that. overall, i am sad and upset because i have invested a lot of money into a place that isn't willing to meet my needs or expectations and i don't think me, or my family members, will be going there again. read more
