When I went back to get my teeth cleaned the hygienist came and got me 10 mins late and took her time cleaning my teeth and was even sharping her tools for 5 mins and after my hour appointment she advised me that she could only do the upper of cleaning my teeth she wanted me to come back to do the bottoms. I was very upset and when I asked the receptionist if this is going to cost me more money. The receptionist advised me I have used my allotment for this year so "yes". They wanted me to book another appointment and I refused. The receptionist advised me if I didn't do it then I could be waiting a while before next spot is availible. I advised her I probably would not be coming back. About an hour after I left I received a call from Dr Louie and he wanted to know what happened. I told him and he apologized and said he would look after it. I thanked him but I could not get up the nerve to go back to the hygienist.

Dr Lawless has been consistently focused on patient comfort while performing fillings. Today I was able to actually relax half way through today's filling.
