I called right when they opened to ask if they had any availability for today and the lady who answered seemed bothered and said no they were booked and instead of asking if I would be willing to come in another day she immediately said have a good day and hung up. Xuan and Charlie are absolutely the BEST nail techs in The Branson/Hollister area. They do great acrylic, fantastic manicures and pedicures so good that even my husband comes with me to get pedicures!! They are extremely creative with their nail art and can do just about anything you want. They are very accommodating with my schedule and easy to get an appt with. Having no time to get my nails done before leaving on my husbands and my anniversary trip that we take every year, (was working). Our first thing on the itinerary, we chanced a trip to BSNS. We walked in and they were able to work us right in. Shanna was one of the best. She was gentle and not in a rush. I really, really wanted to use this salon, but no can do. Can't get an appointment until after Dec 1st! What? Three week wait? I just moved here from Houston Texas where there are nail salons on every corner, so getting your nails done is simply walking in to a salon and stating so. I assumed it would be difficult to find a nail salon out here in the country, but not this hard! I thought going to the Branson area would be different. Not so. Very disappointed. So I really can't give a review on the services because I can't get in for a month! I need my nails done today. I can't do business with a salon that says "we have many regular customers and we have to take them first before we can see you." That's basically how the convo went. Sad thing is, I would be a regular customer as I get my nails done every two weeks. What if you have a break? I want to be able to get an appointment when I want an appointment. An acrylic color powder overlay (no tips) was going to cost me $40.....in Houston, TX this same service would only be $28 at a top notch salon. Yep, I sure am going to miss some things about big city life and it's conveniences! Sorry BSNS, maybe it's time to expand your size or remove the statement that you take walk ins. If I had driven 45 mins and been turned away, this review would have really been bad!!! Glad I called first, my search continues even if I have to accept the fact that I will have to drive to Fayettesville AR or Springfield MO to get the service I want.
