No meaningful consultation about colour or style. Hairdresser clearly had her own idea and that was that. Complaint led to recolour at Serpentine Green Mon 21.03.11. As soon as out in daylight could see that although there had been some improvement the brassy yellow colour remained. Hardly the sophisticated colour I had hoped that the non inconsiderable outlay would acheive. Cost of this experience £115.00 Update 23.03.11 - had an appointment with owner Kai today who hopefully will be able to address the issues with my hair tomorrow - fingers crossed!

The stylist are brilliant and always give top cuts. They also offer complementary fringe trims when yours starts to grow out. In my opinion- best salon in Peterborough!
