Needed hair wax for styling - they showed me 3 different types based on hold strength and finish (matte vs shiny), explained ingredients, and let me test them. Found one that holds all day without feeling crunchy. For my curling iron, they had high-quality ceramic ones with adjustable heat settings. Recommended temperature settings for my fine hair so I wouldn't burn it. My daughter needed hair ties that don't damage hair - found gentle fabric ones that actually stay in place. They even had cute colors she loved. Hair extensions? Perfect match for my color and texture. Showed me clip-ins vs tape-ins, proper application, and maintenance tips. Looks completely natural.
