I came here for threading and a tint but when it came to the "tint" portion I was looked at like I was speaking ancient Latin. I'm very happy with my threaded eyebrows but they need schooling on how to tint eyebrows here. Also, the store was very tiny and tucked in the corner of this outdoor plaza. They gained a new loyal customer today! The two ladies there were friendly, hospitable, and professional. I like that the lady who threaded my eyebrows left the ends long and did not make my eyebrows too thin. I have had my eyebrows threaded multiple times here by an older Indian lady who was so sweet and dead on with her technique. However, I was waiting to have my eyebrows threaded and a younger Indian lady was working and I all a sudden needed to use the bathroom as I am 7 months pregnant...upon asking, the younger lady told me I could not use their restroom and that I must go TJ Maxx instead. Needless to say it was pouring rain and I had to run through the rain, trying not to fall, as fast as I could just to make it to the potty fast enough not to wet my pants. I find this sort of customer treatment to be rather cruel!!I will not be returning again to give a business my money that refuses to al low a very pregnant lady bathroom priviledges! read more

Just moved to Augusta, and I'm already in love with the place. It's tucked into a strip mall with Anna's Linens, TJ Maxx, and Ross. The woman who did my eyebrows had a very soft hand, but was able to shape them perfectly and evenly, which rarely happens for me. She was very gentle, and worked quickly. After she was done, she gave me a face massage with this awesome smelling ointment. My face is barely red at all, and I feel awesome. All good things. Aside from the perfect eyebrow execution, I got the nicest massage from "grandpa". It was a full back, neck, and head massage after my eyebrows were done. It felt great, and as I've never had that done before when getting mine done I was pleasantly surprised. For 10 dollars, this can't be beat. Parking is ample, there are some other great stores in the area, and the people here do a really good job and are very sweet. I will definitely be back. read more

When I'm in the area I have to stop in here! This store has some of the cutest accessories and the threading is great too. You can get your eyebrows threaded for $10 here. They also have added Chinese massage as well. The accessories are fairly cheap too. A lot of time the business owner will make a deal with you and cut the price on some items right on the spot. Everyone loves a deal especially me!!! The business owner/threader is very friendly and often makes jokes with you while you are there. That always tickles me!!! She also applies eyelashes as well. I grew my eyebrows out for 5 MONTHS and she took my eyebrows off! They weren't even shaped or trimmed! She just took hair off. I wanted my money back. Her reply, "no refunds. I've been doing this 10 yrs I know what I'm doing. Grow them back and I'll do it for free". Whose full brows grows back in 2 wks and if you butchered me why would I trust you again?
