As I walked in I saw a waiting area & two hair stations. I feel it is missing a checkout counter. However, they deal with their own payouts. I was accompanied to the waxing room where I had a place to put my purse & jacket. When I was ready to undress, she gave me a baby wipe to wipe myself. (Which, I think is awesome) then I remember her putting on some powder before the sugar. Before the session she not only washed her hands but alcohol sprayed in front of me.
