I walk in every time with a picture of my eyebrows that I got done (at this location) and just ask them to repeat it. It's pretty straightforward, just refer to the picture. Poonam did one eye brow and I almost started crying (dramatic? Maybe. But ya girl was struggling). There was a box in the front, the arch started too soon, there's a hole, and the shape was weird... almost crying. My original go-to girl left, Jagdeep, and I love Anju and Sonia, too, but they weren't there and it was an emergency. Jaswinder to save the day!! She came in and fixed it with minimal deviation from what I normally like. It's a bit thinner and the shape is slightly off than I like, but it looks good! I came in today for the first time and was greeted by Rubi, the manager. It was so busy, there were a lot of people waiting and even a line to sign in on the clipboard. I signed my name and was told it would be about 20mins. So I decided to go upstairs and get something to eat and check out some stores. When I got back, the clipboard had a lot of names and it looked like I had missed my turn. Well, Rubi was nice enough and said I would be next for her. They have about a handful of people that do the threading, it looks like a real hair salon when you come in! So, Rubi did my eyebrows, she did an excellent job with being gentle. Then she brushed and added the powder to it, also did some trimming and applied makeup with the stencil which no other eyebrow threading place has done. Of all the places I've been to, none have provided it along with the threading service. Overall, they do a great job here. I would suggest making an appointment because they get so busy! I went back to have them fix it and I guess the manager took over to even them out. But when I got home I realized how small they made my eyebrows. I was so sad and upset. This review is long over due. I booked Anju for my very first eyebrow threading. She did such a great job! I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded a certain way and she delivered. When she was done with one, she gave me a mirror to look at it before moving onto the next. If I saw anything that can be taken off a tad bit more, she does just that.
