They never look fake, and always have the right amount of drama and fullness. She takes great care in the service she provides and uses quality products. I usually go 3-4 weeks before needing a fill! Lashes can get a bit pricy, but I always feel like I'm getting a good value. Occasionally, she will do specials on Facebook which makes it more affordable. Although her eyelash extension business is operated at her house, she uses the most comfortable reclining chair, and not just a massage table like other places. The location is in Riverton, so it's a little bit of a drive if you live closer to Salt Lake, but it's definitely worth it to me. She made my two hour full set fly by and I have incredible, natural-looking lashes. I am now 5 days out and haven't lost a single lash, and I'm notoriously tough on my lashes. Since I had nothing to compare it to, I thought they were great, just extremely overpriced and their lounge smelled like old cherry Chapstick. It was s bit nauseating, but they did do a great job for a whopping $179 for a set. They recently changed their hours and now close at 5:30pm. That doesn't work for me since weekends are always busy and I get out of work at 5. How inconvenient (not to mention the price that I seriously couldn't afford to keep up paying). Hence why I revisited yelp and found Jen! She is amazing! Simply the best. She blew my experience with Cherry Lash Lounge out of the water. I was skeptical about going to someone who worked from their home, but her professionalism and easy going nature made my worries melt away. Her spa is in her home and the ambience is so relaxing and clean. She also has two doggies which made my experience that much better because I love dogs, and you can always trust a person who loves animals...just saying. I had gone too long between fills since I had been traveling quite a bit, and she meticulously removed my old set and diligently applied my new one; and for a fraction of a price!! We went over in detail the look, length and thickness that I wanted and she totally nailed it. I have received so many compliments at work and from friends. It's been almost a week since my application and she has already texted to ask me how they are holding up! I thought that was incredibly thoughtful and really shows you someone who takes pride in their work. And not to mention they really are holding up beautifully. Fresh Beauty is a spa, a little home away from home, a sanctuary to relax. Coming out of a long day at work, nothing would have made me feel better than some fresh Shellac on my nails. As I am always on this quest to find the best and brightest in town, I couldn't be more pleased to say Fresh Beauty is it! Nestled in Jen's residence, I called and scheduled an appointment for Shellac. When I arrived, I was so pleased with the location and felt comfortable in her home. Jen is a true professional; her set up is spotless and the products she uses are of the highest quality. Adding to Fresh Beauty's charm, they also support local with their [pictured] Salt of the Earth products. I was very happy with her color selection. Yes, it is possible to have different types of pink polishes; some are a little nuder, some are a little whiter, and some sparkle a little more... it was great! There's a color and a service for everyone at Fresh Beauty with not only nails, but waxing and facials too! I sat down and chat with Jen for what didn't seem very long, yet before I knew it, I had the most beautiful nails! I hate being a bummer with a 2-star review, but 3-star is meant to be an average studio and to me, the experience has been below-average. Every single time, the lashes fall out early and it's not because of the natural lash cycle- when I find the loose lashes, there's no natural lash attached. So I know it's not because of my lashes naturally falling off over time. The glue here doesn't seem to match the quality I've found at other studios. Another important point with this studio is that they do not put a lash extension on every single lash. I think they must have some set number of lash extensions they'll use per eye- it doesn't matter if you have way more lashes if it's above their limit. I've noticed that they're not the studio where you can feel the artist slowly comb through your lashes to make sure they didn't miss any lashes. So for me, they tend to look fine for the first few days, but after that they look pretty sparse and I end up paying extra to get them professional removed and then I regret coming all over again. There's many glowing reviews for this studio so I may just be an unlucky customer, but I also noticed that they seem to have a lot of fake reviews being weeded out by Yelp. If you scroll down to the very bottom and click on the "X reviews not currently recommended", there's certain date ranges where tons of five-star reviews pour in (such as in August 2019) and the profiles only have 1 or 2 reviews. Obviously, these got flagged by Yelp already, but if that's a sign that this business is willing to compromise for clearly fake reviews, then it just makes me cautious about some of the other reviews on here.

As you can see in my before photo, my eyebrows are extremely light and missing the tail end of the brows. I typically spend about $20 every few months on brow pencils only to shape them unevenly or draw them in too dark. I can finally just wake up and start my day with done color on my face. Vee did an amazing job with my brows. She explained everything from start to finish and sent me messages to help me prepare before and after the procedure. There's also lots of reminders and some paperwork to fill out prior to being seen. I love reminders so I appreciated all of them! The first visit was a free consult. Vee mapped/graphed my eyebrows and showed me what it will look like. She answers all of my questions professionally and even gave me her recommendations. I was really nervous on my second visit for the actual micro blading, but she helped make me feel comfortable. She's also got a killer playlist to help out you at ease. Not going to lie, the numbing cream didn't really help on my right eyebrow so I did feel every cut. I'm also that person where the dentist needs to inject me multiple times before he can do any work. If you're like me, ask to let it stay numb for an extra few minutes as this can really help. By the time she was done with my right eyebrow. The left eyebrow felt very little pain. There will be a little discomfort, but Vee does it for 3 seconds at a time. Trust me I counted lol. This experience was so worth it. I love it! It saves me so much time in the morning. Now I can sleep in before hopping on those early morning zoom meetings. I was recommended by a friend to go to her and when I realized she didn't have her business on Yelp, I knew I had to put her on here. Let her know that I sent you if you do go!
