I'm sure the experience as a…read moreregular member versus being a drop-in visitor is different, but overall, I thought this co-working space was just okay and if I have a choice I won't go back. It's advertised on their website that they have "fresh coffee, snacks, and drinks". This was not my experience. The only snacks I saw were a few bags of pretzels. There were two coffee options - one automated machine and a drip coffee in the lobby. The automated machine coffee was stale and flavorless. The drip coffee was fresh and tasted good overall but only accesible for a few hours of the day. I went to the lobby to get coffee around 1-2 PM and it had already been put away for the day. There were no other drinks to my knowledge. The convenience store, Eco Bistro, which is right next door and has soft drinks, snacks and drip coffee, closes at 1 or 2 o'clock every day. There are other coffee shops nearby but I wasn't comfortable walking around on my own in this area of town. Plan accordingly if you want snacks or use the vending machines in the coworking space. The private phone booths were comfortable and sound proof but so hot. There was zero air flow in these booths and I personally couldn't be in one for longer than 5-10 minutes at a time without having to open and close the door to let some air in. The open desk areas were nice and spacious and the chairs were super comfortable. I particularly liked the open booth seating. The temperature throughout the rest of the space was comfortable. There was also at least one walking desk which was really cool to use! Pro space: if you're just dropping in, ask the front desk for a key. Just keep in mind you'll have to return the key before 5 pm when they leave work. The coworking space stays open past 5 but you won't have your key. I think Alloy 26 is a nice enough space but really has some kinks to work out. There's very little natural light throughout the space and the desks that are near the windows (which have an amazing view of PNC Park) are sparse or non-existent. I would suggest adding more proper desk spaces by the windows for people to work. I also wasn't sure of the cleanliness of the space. There were few (if any) disinfectant wipes around to clean surfaces after someone had previously used them that same day. I do know they clean and disinfect at night and the space overall is clean and doesn't have any visible issues. Finally, I recommend taking advantage of the multiple security guards working in the building if you're concerned about panhandlers and harassment. The woman running the front desk told me that security is happy to escort you to your car or to different nearby areas on premise. This area of town has some growing pains and it's best to know that security is widely available should you need it.

Our team now is housed in Shadyside area's corporate owned offices. Apparently as I were told by several that a chief of some sort runs around the facility like on a mission. Then outside guests take over the place with total disregard for those who pay monthly for the space. Even the break area is taken over by non renters. The place is like a community center run like a public library. I urge those to think twice before considering this place. I have extended my up most apologies to all those that had to experience this awful time and place. I now consider this matter closed and move on.

The conference rooms are great for our client meetings, and we are able to utilize their printers, scanner, and fax machine. Very secure building, ample parking, clean and modern decor inside. And the staff is top notch and so friendly! They always address our requests/concerns quickly. Also includes access to a large shared kitchen area - offering osmosis filtered water, organic coffees/teas, etc. FCES provides everything we need to efficiently run our daily office operations. Would highly recommend!

I believe The Highline opened a few months ago in August therefore there are still many vacant storefronts. But the architecture and exterior are of the building is beautiful with the warehouse features still exposed and embellished. Even the parking garage is amazingly clean and aesthetically pleasing with all the steel doors and columns! Right now, De Fer Coffee, Green Mountain Energy and Anytime Fitness exist in the building now. There are still multiple spaces and I'm excited to see what comes in the future. Architecture, views and design are 10/10.

In recent years, it was redeveloped and renamed after New York City's High Line. It contains office space, retail space, a coffee shop, breweries, a fitness center, a conference room, a parking garage, and an elevated park. So far, I have used only the parking garage. It contained plenty of spaces for vehicles, and it also had a lot of support columns compared to other garages. My husband paid $3 to park here while we ate at a nearby restaurant. He did have problems with using one payment machine, so he ended up using a second payment machine instead.

The space is awesome; plenty of good…read morelight, whiteboards, ability to arrange tables, good tech system to conduct a successful meeting. The space is very Conducive to socializing with the outdoor area, pool table and kitchen. The team here couldn't be more accommodating. We had food brought in, they handled all of those logistics and checked in frequently to make sure all was ok. Will absolutely use this space again!

I have never worked or lived here, but years ago I was a customer of Brooke Rockwell Hair Design, and most recently I was a customer of the Federal Galley food hall and a parking garage. I liked the foods and the service, and I thought that the prices were OK. I deducted one star from this review because when I first visit a business here, I feel slightly confused about where it is located, and I must figure out where to walk.

This is definitely not a shopping destination by any means. What they really should name this place is Scott Service Center. The destinations up here lean more to the services. There are several medical type offices, what I believe to be a printing service area and a few restaurants. There might be one store up here, I believe and Asian market, but I could be wrong, don't quote me on that. Definitely not a place that you drive out of your way to come to. You really need a reason to come into this plaza. The most notable thing in this center is Mad Mex. Of course I would notice that.

They've done work to stabilize the hill over the years, but it's still a scary location at times. There's a ton of different places in this shopping plaza.
