I told him my insurance probably won't cover it and I couldn't afford to pay for another x ray. He said don't worry we know how to get coverage, but if it isn't covered, we won't charge you. He proceeded to take x ray, then poke at my neck for about a minute. Then he started talking to me about some thing that has nothing to do with me nor my pain. After 10 minutes i said, what about my issue? Gave me an exercise to do at home. I said what about my adjustment? He stated you have to ease into it. If i adjusted you today you would just get more sore. Charged me for a full visit and we scheduled another appointment. After my third appointment he did nothing more than poke at my neck for 1 minute & talk about his personal life for each visit. Each visit was no more than 15 minutes, & never received an adjustment. I received a bill for a VERY expensive x ray & 3 $45 adjustment appointments. I went down there to discuss what he promised with x ray and claims that conversation never happened. Yelled at me & said pay it or I'll ruin your credit. I got stuck paying this outrageously high bill to listen to him talk about his life and poke at my neck. For that I could have had my 4 year old poke at my neck for free!

At first we thought my niece suffered two broken bones from a wrestling match. Dr. Steven Magoline sets the first broken bone and proceeds to the next. Unsuccessfully, after several painstaking attempts, the doctor decides that he needs to operate and that he will need to place two pins to set the other bone. But surgery cannot happen for two days because he was off the next day. This was a blessing in disguise. The next day my sister contacted Children's hospital in Milwaukee for a second opinion. Here she is instructed to bring my niece immediately. There they found the problem: one broken bone and a dislodged elbow which should have been set the first day. With the elbow pinching the nerve for almost a 24 hours, my niece could potentially have permanent nerve damage. To add salt to injury, the doctor prescribed the incorrect dosage. One teaspoon instead of two lead to a night of excruciating pain for my niece. Please stay away from this doctor. Take the drive to Children's hospital if you can.

Today was my turn at the Covid-19 vaccination clinic. These folks are ready for this with an entire…read moreclinic area set up with signs, seating, check-in window and they're ready for action. Check-in was fast and efficient, including a temperature check. Chairs are socially distanced and an associate was disinfecting chairs. I arrived 15 minutes early, it is all but required when you make an appointment. It was a good thing I was early because they were ahead of schedule (I told you they were efficient!) and I was ushered right in. A guide walked me back, which was good, otherwise they'd have to put cheese at the end of the maze. With the efficiency of a NASCAR pit crew, two nurses and a manager who happened to come into my room double-checked my ID, gave me the injection, and set up the appointment for my revisit for the second injection. I was quickly ushered out so the room was available for the next patient. So far, no side effects, and I'll be back for Round Two in three weeks.

She was very rude and abrasive and yelled at me in front of another patient for coming into the lab without an appointment. I actually had stopped in to drop off my lab order and there were only 2 cars in the entire clinic parking lot, so I asked if I could get in. The front office staff said no problem and sent me back to the lab. The phlebotomist actually yelled at me three times about not having an appointment for the lab work and told me never to return again unless I had an appointment. In addition, I highly allergic to all adhesives and the phlebotomist confirmed this. She put a bandaid on my arm so quickly that I did not see her do it and caused a significant allergic response. She tied the stretchy coban dressing on my arm so tightly that it ripped off the skin in 3 areas. I do not have fragile skin and this has never happened to me before. After telling my health care provider what happened, she urged me to call Froedert and file a complaint. I contacted the lab supervisor and left her a messege but she never responded to my call and it has been 4 weeks.
