I had a luxury manicure and pedicure before my holiday abroad and I was amazed at the results of the treatment! My hands and feet felt silky smooth and pretty, just in time for my holiday! As I was going for a night out, I also had my makeup done and LOVED it! I got so many compliments that night!!! She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

She is an absolute perfectionist! she takes her sweet time to ensure your nails are perfect. I even had to tip them because i was so impressed. i absolutely love my nails. i did acrylic with shellac on top.
