If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at GMC of Riverfront was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. During the negotiation process, the first thing I noticed was a "Accessory" charge for $1,500 for ceramic coating the interior/exterior and window tinting on the car I was buying, claiming it was already done. I've never encountered a dealership trying to make the customer pay for work done prior to the sale. After going back and forth and I was about to walk away, they begrudgingly removed the charge. Later, during financing, they tried selling me the same ceramic and window tint package that they had originally claimed was already done. After much back-and-forth, it became clear the work hadn't been done, and I began to feel like I was being misled. Before leaving, I asked the salesman, Kevin, if I misunderstood, and he confirmed that he was told the work was already completed. I tried addressing this issue with Kevin, who barely responded to my texts. After a week of no progress, I finally spoke with Alex, the general manager. He essentially accused me of wanting something for free, even though I explained that I agreed on the car's price because I was told the work had already been done and even came with a 5-year warranty. The owner, Yama(who I personally reached out to)was no better--he dismissed the situation by condescendingly explaining to me that when you buy something, you receive the product. Neither Alex nor the owner would acknowledge that I was lied to about the work that was done to the car. To this day I have not received an apology or even an acknowledgment of what happened. In the end, I paid $500 to have the ceramic coating and window tinting done. I waited over a month, and despite calling almost daily to schedule an appointment I was unsuccessful. I was even told to bring my car in and when I showed up nobody had any idea of me showing up. Finally, after talking to another salesman he was able to make the appointment. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and provides horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Well gee wiz guess what the work done cost more than they expected and now the price went up. Then they try to pull the bullshit of how much money they were losing just to sell it to me. long story short the truck was still and OK deal so I was going to pay cash for it. Then the sales mgr said I had to finance because they were not showing good enough #'s with GMC finance and they need to up there quota. That's BS GMC finance does not finance 20 yr old trucks. My appointment for some maintenance on my vehicle was at 7:30 and they didn't even pull my car into the garage until I checked in with them at 9:00 to see how it was going and I was told they thought they had all day and they hadn't even started. Service Dept has gone down the toilet since Becker sold it. We have bought 3 GMC vehicles at Becker over the past 20 yrs. and service has always been excellent. It's my understanding that the new owners are out of CA...no wonder they've gone downhill. A life time warranty repair now takes weeks and weeks to get approved. It belonged to one of their employees's and was told he just traded it back in so he could supposedly upgrade. Was told there was 2 keys but the employee still had one. Waited two weeks and still no second key, despite me pressing them numerous times. Finally called sales mgr and he said he would order one. Another 2 weeks and still no key. Today was the final straw...while washing the vehicle, found damage to the lower bumper fascia....despite being told at time of purchase there was no damage. Worst customer service after the sale in my life, was supposed to get a $1,500 incentive after buying a $90,000 GMC truck after financing through GMC financial. After repeated blowoffs, I was heated, called five times trying to get results. Left messages with the sales dept., Business office and Salesmen. Zack one of the sales managers, who I'm dealing with, is the most aggravating, smug, condescending, arrogant, lazy, self-bloated and annoying individuals I've ever come across. He cares nothing for customers and apparently feels self-entitled to dismiss anyone he feels like. After being told the refund would be in the mail, its been 11 days with zero results. We purchased a 2025 Yukon XL, December 17th. Before the purchase was completed, it was a breeze, and Zach was very accommodating. When the vehicle was delivered, we noticed a service that was paid for was not provided. We have been in direct contact with Zach. Countless times, we've reached out, and Zach responded through text that a refund is coming. It's been two months, and we still have not received a refund, only excuses and the runaround. The unprofessionalism after the sale is outlandish and inexcusable. Our last message received from Zach regarding the refund amount was outlandish. We were so lucky to find this vehicle, and the purchase went smoothly, but the total disregard is unacceptable. Becker Buick SOLD to GMC of Riverfront in April of 2024. Integrity and Customer Service Gone! We recently had our warranty covered vehicle, serviced. My husband was told the repair wasn't covered because the ECM was tuned. We bought the vehicle with 13,000 miles and knew we didn't modify it. My husband, who was just grateful that they were able to fix his vehicle, paid the full amount. It was only after I contacted the service advisor and GMC Customer care, that Riverfront processed the repair through the warranty company. Turned out the ECM was not tuned or modified. The invoice that we paid was double the price that they gave our warranty company. Invoice number was the same with "duplicate" beside the invoice number. The word, Duplicate, means Exactly like something else! Our invoice was Nothing like their "Duplicate" invoice. I emailed Jon for clarification, No reply. GMC emailed, No reply. $ amount different, shop supplies different, work performed different, Duplicate invoice states vehicle tested for several miles, there was one mile added to in/out total. In the email, I asked what their warranty on the repair was, again, no reply. If you choose to have your vehicle serviced by GMC of Riverfront, NOT BECKER BUICK, My advice to you is, be sure your invoice has a description of work performed. If you have a warranty and Riverfront states it's not covered, get the name of the agent that denied your claim and the date called. If they say your vehicle was modified and you know you didn't modify it, ask for proof. I would not be writing this review if Riverfront replied back to the two emails asking for clarification of the differences, Seven days Ago! read more

Made me wait days for an online appraisal of my vehicle that I was wanting to trade. When they finally reached out they lowballed me below kbb. My car is considered to be in very good condition and the interior looks brand new. It's considered to have low miles for the year it was made. They claimed the reason for the lowball offer was due to costs of a pre dealer inspection and to convert the vehicle to all its stock parts aswelll as taking off a decal. When notified that the car would be brought in stock and have no decals on it the price wouldn't change. They claimed this was a mangers doing and my salesman and the manager decided on that price together. They say it will be another 20-30 minutes. I come back 35 minutes later and they said we are waiting on it to get washed. I declined the wash and just got my vehicle. I would not recommend buying from Becker Buick. While my purchase experience, and the Salesman was pleasant, the vehicle was not. I payed 15k cash for a ford f-150. I had problems with it within 30 days of purchase. Now if you are like me, you would think that paying 15k for a vehicle means, you wont have thousands of dollars of repair work to pay within 30 days of ownership. Boy I was wrong. I provided them receipts of repair work I already had done, and estimates for even more work needing to be done. They declined to help me in anyway. This shows everyone that they do not stand behind their product. Beware if you plan to spend 15k or better on a vehicle there. I would go somewhere else. I purchased a new Denali from George Gee a year ago, and have repeatedly had a very difficult time getting simple help from them on issues of maintenance, warranty, general responsiveness. This, I decided to try Becker for my latest service, and I'm so grateful I did. Every time I have called I have gotten an actual helpful person on the line in a timely manner. When I took my car in yesterday, I was immediately greeted and taken care of. The shuttle driver was out, so Austin, the service manager offered to drive me to work to ensure I wasn't late for a meeting. I was picked up immediately after I was done with work, and my car was ready to go. Steve explained everything to me, and made the experience the simple, positive type I hope would be the standard for a service e department. I was even given a coupon for a free car wash. I guess my vehicle was serviced. I was quoted a price for an oil change and tire rotation and was charged a few dollars more than the quoted price with no explanation, in fact when I came to pick up my vehicle, a service person didn't give me any information about my service, I was just sent to the cashier told to pay then some guy who looked bored sitting on the counter went to get my keys and escorted me to my vehicle. I'm sure I was lied to and the rotation was not free but I was taken advantage of. It's been the trend here. This is after a tech stole a $400 camera monitor out of my vehicle last visit. The owner stated it wasn't true cause he asked the tech if he stole it and they said no, no checking cameras or anything, just a sucks to be you. Unfortunately I am required to get service here for my lifetime warranty, which I don't actually believe the dealership will support and will end up in a lawsuit at some time in the future. read more

But belive me it was not from lack of trying. They worked all day and was able to put us in a Buick envision. What a great small SUV. Brought my 2008 H2 Hummer in to have the battery tested as it looked as though it may have a bad cell. That was in fact the case and the so-called AC Delco 7YR-48 Warranty had just expired by 14 days. The service advisor had the new one installed at no cost which pleased me extremely and made shopping the competition an unnecessary task. I had already done some research and Becker offered a better product, warranty and price by including the installation. Always have had a good experience with all the staff at Becker. read more
