We did not understand what that meant until we reached out to set up a date to make the connections; when we were told it would cost extra. He (unintentionally) left stain on our brand new basement carpet; said he had cleaner at home and would come back to clean. He did not. This work was through Handyman Connection. Handyman Connection did not help at all. They said they were doing us a favor having another electrician come out at cost of $200 to make connections, when we had already told them it had to be James Tinker finish the work, because he told us he had take out a permit; which is what we wanted. The installations weren't easy based on the proximity of the toilets to the tub and walls but Curtis got the job done and it was completed remarkably fast, He used our Costco-bought bidets and after the job was finished I tested it out and they both worked as expected.
