I've read the negative reviews on this site and I'm really surprised. My dogs love it here. I've boarded them several times. When you board a dog, ask for a bath before you pick them up. Good grief. I have rambunctious, big labs and no one has ever complained about them or brought them out without a leash. I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend. read more

I have been using bed and biscuit for several years and I have recommended them to friends but no more and today was the last draw. The worker/owner whoever she was said things to me about my dogs I would never say being in that business. She was very nasty, to me I can only imagine how she treated them while not in front of me. When she brought my dogs out one was not on his leash. She said she couldn't get it on him because he was barking at her, that's just what he does Even to us because he is excited. Glad you were scared of him, as he must be a good judge of character! He is a basset, not a pit, not a supper intimidating dog, oh I might also mention, he only has like 5 teeth left. Both dogs were nasty and one of them had poo all over her like she had been laying in it, doubt that they clean the runs. Thank goodness this time they were only there two days but the level of service was awful. I will be looking for a new boarder. My dogs are to old to be treated like they are not part of our family. read more

Was recommended to this place by a friend and was extremely disappointed in our experience. It was not what I had expected. It cost $90 at the vet to treat an infected foot that was received and not noticed by the staff of this facility. I could have left my dog at home in his own backyard, alone and he would have had better care than what was received. Ask lots of questions when boarding your pet anywhere but avoid this place like the plague. read more
