My husband brought me a diamond ring with a band to go with it for Mother's Day. it was beautiful…read morebut only sold in a size 7 so it was big on my finger. an hour after wearing it, a diamond fell out. I took it in the next day to have it sized, fused and to have that diamond replaced. we had to wait a month and a half to get it back. when my husband picked it up, it was not fused as requested. 2 hours after wearing it, another diamond fell out. so we have to take it back yet again after wearing it a total of 3 hours since Mother's Day in hopes they fuse it this time and replace yet another diamond. I'm almost scared to get it back and wear it again in fear that another diamond will fall out within and hour or two of wearing it. that and we have to wait another month and a half. Will i only get to wear it for an hour every month and a half. we are very disappointed in the quality of their fine jewelry, customer care and overall experience. my husband said he will never buy another piece of jewelry form JCPenny again. they haven't even reached out to us on this matter. we encourage others to shop elsewhere for your fine jewelry if you actually want to wear it in its entirety. otherwise you will just be able to look at or wear it for an hour every month and a half.

Im not going over there Im here and you are my home store in the app so what's up with that? They said sometimes the home store flips out cause it can't fulfill the order. What???? Well, capitalism. So I bought the flex seal in my home store and tried to cancel the rimrock order to save gas. They keep bugging me topics it up. I canceled in app. Nothing. I called pickup, hit the puter. Called again and they put me on hold. Called again asked for a manager. THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

A side seam near the pocket in front was simply never sewn. I found the exact same pair and they would only give me a $19 gift card because I took too long to return them. They didn't even consider the fact they were defective. So frustrating because I didn't see the split in seam until the day I needed to wear to a work event. And now a $35 pair of pants cost me $50!! I feel they should have dealt with the manufacturer, not me. Very disappointed in their idea of customer service.
