I can definitely see why they can offer a lifetime warranty, there is just no way we are going to have issues giving the strength of the materials they used. I tore out the existing floor to save myself a little money. Joe layed the heated floor for me with a ceramic tile floor over that. Once he started the job, he stuck with it because as I pointed out to him, that was my only bathroom, and the facilities are a necessity. He also installed an outside plug for me. The one thing I would have preferred is that I would have liked to have been home while all the work was being done, I did not like having to communicate over the phone. But work schedules did not permit. He was, however, very good about letting me know when he was coming and going so I could plan accordingly. And by the way, my bathroom floor looks very nice.

To put it…read moresimply, they did a decent job on the bulk of the work but when it comes to detail they're terrible. Lots of missed spots on my cabinets, and trim. Cabinet hinges not put back on properly. A lot of paint spots on the floor that we have had to clean up. Although Joe did offer to come back and fix the work that I wasn't satisfied with I can't trust someone who was that comfortable leaving a job that was done in such a rushed manner.

The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and receptive to our wishes. We did not encounter any high-pressure sales calls or promises. The staff worked with us to find a great flooring option to go with the wall panels we chose and a bathtub/shower/fixture combination that was tailored to what we wanted. The workers showed great concern for the furniture and walls of the adjoining rooms by covering exposed areas with heavy plastic and carpet with a drop cloth as they moved items in and out of the bathroom.
