I was looking for a new nail place in town, have my old go to jacked up their prices recently, and was letting quality and customer service slip. I was able to walk in and be seated within five minutes. They have a great display of all their gel and lacquer polish matches. The owner manager woman did my nails, she was super friendly, made sure I liked what she was doing, and was super quick! I am, I believe they serve wine if you ask ;-) They are my new go to. Since I am not able to reply to Ann, the owner, below, I will reply here. I can guarantee the photos I posted on my review yesterday were not photoshopped. The original fixed picture was sent to me thru text while she sat in your salon. She didn't want you to try to "fix" then again since that is how they looked after you fixed them. I cropped out some of the picture so people could see how the product was left on the skin. My daughter usually goes somewhere else but she only went to your salon to go with a friend. We don't have a problem never returning. I'm sorry you feel this is photoshopped and trying to make your location look bad. Unfortunately, we feel you did a rush job on 2 teenage girls thinking they wouldn't say anything. However, there was a mom able to walk back in with them and you didn't like how she told you it was a horrible job. I don't know why it's so difficult to get this right. It's obvious from my pictures that this was a messy job. It's really frustrating to not get what you want when you ask for it. It puts the customer in an odd situation to keep asking more from the service when it should be done right in the first place. $45 should get you way more than this. Really, that's how you choose to respond to a customer? It's clear that time and care was not taken into the 'service' your 'professionals' do. Its a joke that you would actually pass this work off as your best and that it doesn't warrant this response. Do better, especially when there's 20 more salons I can go to, be satisfied with, and not be harassed by an aggressive owner. read more

Went for a pedicure yesterday and was seated next to half wall. The schedule book was on the ledge next to me. So when the phone rang the girl took the call and talked and wrote next to me in the book. I found this very rude and unprofessional not to mention careless with not even a foot between us!!! When I said something by the 2nd call to please move the book the owner said that's where we keep the appointment book so you should move if you don't like it! !!! This was In the middle of a pedicure? Really? One of the techs finally moved the book but then sat and whispered to each other staring at me. The owner is unprofessional and unfriendly! i was there for 2 hours and my nails look horrendous. it was my first time getting my nails done and i hated it. i got acrylic nails, the inspo i showed was clean and not cluttered, my nails are very messy. and after the nails were done i had a ton of glue all over my fingers?? these designs are so messy and crooked. my dad could do better. im 15 and i got charged 90 dollars for the set. just don't go man its not worth. read more

I had an herbal pedicure with Marley, my friend had the same with Rosa, absolutely the best spa experience I have ever had!! The massage was fabulous and the herbs smelled wonderful! They really went out of their way to make it wonderful! I may have to take a nap I am so relaxed! The salon is beautiful and so clean! Quiet and relaxing you can't go wrong here! Came back today for another herbal pedicures and manicure . I had Abby working on me and she was wonderful! Such a sweet person and she was so good at checking on me the whole time. Just two minutes into my pedicure, not getting a warm feeling from this place and not feeling super confident here .. My nail tech seems very agitated? Should I ask her if she's ok or just let it go? She's kind of rough with my feet? The tech next to me offers her girl a drink, turns on the massage chair for her, makes polite conversation.. Hmm. My girl must be having a bad day. I was not offered my pedi tools to take home as the girl next to me was and from what many said were in reviews.She warms up a little toward end. This place is big, it must hold 50 clients. Hair waxing and many nail / pedi stations. I'm not a snob but this isn't for me. It doesn't feel warm, nothing special. I had my feet drying and as I was walking out I was looking for a trash can. I saw a little trash can maybe a foot high, I guess it is not intended for clients use? I asked if I could use it and the nearest tech kind of looked at me in shock as if "you really want to put your plastic cup in our dinky trash can?" Unfortunately I have to lower rating. My last experience, a few months ago, was horrible. I wanted an acrylic fill with gel polish. The lady, assuming she is new, was doing great job on the fill. Since she was doing so well I was hardly paying any attention to her as I was watching TV. Before I know it she slaughtered cuticle oil on all of my fingers. I asked why did she do that when I was getting gel polish. She was very apologetic and said she forgot. She still attempted to do the gel polish which obviously turned out horrible. The assistant manager was sitting right there and did not "assist" at all. I would have complained to the owners but they were out of town on vacation. I usually stop by whenever I am in town but haven't wanted to because of my last experience. I guess I will update my review when I have the courage to try again. read more

Was just in the area visiting a friend and we wanted to get our pedicures done, so we found B-nail salon and decided to give it a try. There was not a long wait even though it was pretty busy but we were greeted politely and asked to pick out a color while they set up the pedicure chairs for us. They have a wide variety of different brands to choose from like OPI, Essie, Color Club...etc. and they have gel colors as well. They also offer beverages such as water, iced tea, pink lemonade, wine...(Fancy!) I had a pink lemonade and my friend had an iced tea. The whole staff were very polite, wonderful and everyone had a smile on their face. I had Tom as my nail tech and my friend had Lone. (They are amazing!) Tom doesn't talk much but he surely paid attention and detail. He also gave the BEST feet massage I have ever gotten. If I am ever in town again, I will most definitely be making an appointment with Tom! I also noticed that they care deeply about sanitation. They use disposable nail files, buffers, pumice stones, and place a bag in the pedicure tub for every use. We were so satisfied during the service that we upgraded to the deluxe pedicure for $35 which is a good price and affordable. Nice friendly nail salon in Stuart. It's in the same complex as Big Lots and Planet Fitness. Not only is it gorgeous inside, the bathroom is clean AND has Lysol spray (I hate germs). They were great with my 3 year old niece who got a pedicure. They've also added a hair salon. Prices are typical for the area (in my opinion, since I live in NY). Lots of colors to choose from (OPI, Essie brands). They offer gel polish. read more

I greatly enjoyed my pedicure service here and eyebrow wax. The foot and leg massage was superb and I love that they used disposable liners in their foot baths. However, I tried dip/healthy nails for the first time and that's where stars are lost. I wanted my nails on the shorter side and a oval. I had to have a few acrylics applied to even out my nail length. Thats where it went downhill. She left these nails very long (longer than my natural nails). I also wanted a natural look and specifically said NO FRENCH. What I got was very thick nails pink and white nails that were square shaped and uneven despite having applied a few acrylics. The tech/owner seemed annoyed so I didn't speak up as much as I should've. The worst part was pink and white was $10 more! So I paid an extra $10 for a look I didn't want. Now I know! I will go back for a pedicure and possibly an eyebrow wax but not for healthy/dip nails. read more

I struck out in Jensen Beach, saw the reviews here on yelp and decided to walk in on Christmas eve with my sister. Let me tell you, these ladies (and gentlemen) were fantastic. Chatty, but not invasive. My nail tech, Ann, was very knowledgable and an overall pleasure to be around. The salon was sparkling clean, even in high traffic. I was impressed. The prices aren't the lowest around, but I think it's well worth the extra few dollars to have satisfaction practically guaranteed. I will definitely return! read more

Best nail salon ever! Even though I moved to Boynton Beach a year ago, and it's about an hour away, I still drive up every two weeks to get my nails done by Vien - he's amazing! Their pedicures are great too, super sanitary and they even give you the option to take home the file, buffer, and pumice stone that they use on your feet.
