What I care about is strictly the massage , I carry HEAVY knots on shoulders back and neck very painful ones, where I carry stress. When you start to accumulate credits, you cannot do anything about it because every time you make a new appointment, they're cancelled 70% of the time. Not a huge deal if you have a flexible schedule and can come in whenever but super frustrating for working families and or single parents. If you try to cancel your membership, they give you two months to use all your credits or you lose them. (Which again is ridiculous if they keep cancelling appointments). Also, when I called to cancel due to frustrations with trying to get in for a massage, the manager Samantha told me that I "didn't come for several months and that's why I had accrued credits so it was really my fault that I had so many credits to use. My husband had passed away and she had the gall to make a statement like that to a customer. Then she hung up on me. I will never use this company again.
