When in Reality, She Absolutely will not take into consideration the fact that the place is Falling Apart, and is in need of Security Guards. Says it will cost "$20, an hour." To Have security there. The place gets government grants, but it is used for unnecessary things. I.E, (A $10.000 Ice Maker, an Expensive Refrigerator, And an Expensive Stove for the Commons Area). But, if you ask for any Major Appliance to be fixed, they will completely Ignore you. Or not use the grants, in any way that is needed to make the place safer nor better. For those who need it most. Linsey Hughes, the new landlord, was at one time, the secretary. I thought she actually Cared for The Residents, I myself have caught her lying. Not just to myself, but to others as well. Since she became the landlord. Her attitude towards the residents had gotten Worse Dramatically. She just Brushes, People off, and says, "It's a process." When infact, she doesn't do anything at all. They are, like most Apartment Complexes, required to do criminal background checks. Doesn't mean they do. There are so many Trouble makers living there, it is Ridiculous. The smell of Cannabis, lingers everywhere. The Maintenance, is a joke, they couldn't fix a Broken Pinwheel. And get angry, when you know more about how to fix something, better than they do. When your rent is $231.00 but, they will bill your debit card $211.00. A week or two later, you will get a Rent Late Notice, hung on your door so, you go to the office to pay the other $20.00.
