After Mike was contacted and they gave us our bed information (of course you can never find the manual when you look for it!) and we contacted Rize adjustable beds with no reply so far. Mike's has gone WAY above in sending their crew out unlock our bed and return it to the flat bed position, they have stayed in touch at least three times to check on us and see if they can help us out in anyway. We purchased their top-of-the-line most expensive Black Beauty Rest mattress after being assured that it would remain firm and not create permanent body contour pits. After just 2 weeks of sleeping on this mattress it has permanent contour pits that have given my husband and I terrible back pain. The have refused to honor their promise and guarantee and are very unhelpful in every way. Not only will we never buy anything again from them, we will make sure no one else will if we can help it.

Upon buying an additional bedframe, they mixed up the sizes and sold me a queen size instead of a full size. I hired help, and had them come in to reassemble the bed and put the full size headboard on what I thought was the full-size frame. It turned out to be too small as expected. I called and asked them to please exchange it since it was their error and give me the correct frame. they said since I open the box, they would not take it back. So now I am stuck with a full size frame, and a queen size headboard, and bed. Their customer service is horrendous. Please please find another mattress firm, and do not do business with this one. You will get stuck with the merchandise if they make an error.

The delivery crew told me that the headboard was not in a box when he got it . It had been" repackaged". Just a guess but someone else had rejected it and they were hoping I would not notice the flaws. The next date to get a new bed is unknown but at least six weeks away. I mentioned to the rooms to go customer service representative that if they can't deliver undamaged furniture on the third try that I'd like my money back. She informed me that their policy was " no refunds". So if you shop at Rooms To Go keep in mind that they won't refund your money even if they can't deliver furniture that is not damaged.

The Sofa isn't even 2 years old and we called the warranty company and told us it was wear and tear which is not covered. Real leather does not peel. I have a leather chair that was purchased back in the 80's which is still in excellent condition except for spots because of age. I wrote a review on Google and they replied back if there is anything we can do to help so we called back and they told us it's just a 1 year warranty and there is nothing they can do, totally ignoring my 3 year extended warranty.
