A few days before, we video called with…read moreLaky so he had an idea about what we wanted in our video (we shared a google doc with video ideas we specifically wanted to get and he also inputted ideas that made our wedding video even better in the end). Through his work experience, he was already familiar with our culture, so it made easier when we explained how we wanted our religious ceremony captured. In the end, Laky incorporated our religious ceremony perfectly into the wedding video because he took the time to learn about the different parts of the ceremony (it was in a different language), and portrayed the ceremony correctly with the correct background music we wanted for each section, even following up multiple times to ensure it was correct. Post ceremony on the day of, there was a miscommunication with our photographer, but Laky immediately stepped in and confidently directed us...he saved the day by photographing our day for us with no hesitation! For our couple photos, we had another problem because the photo spot we had in mind was closed off and Laky was, again, quick to pivot and found us amazing spots around our reception venue. I am not naturally photogenic, unlike my husband, but Laky and his team made us feel so comfortable with their effortless conversation. Their demeanour kept us relaxed and in the moment. We also really appreciated that they helped direct us and gave us certain poses and prompts when we didn't know what to do. Because of this we got the shots we love so much. Post wedding, some of our guests mentioned they also used this company for their own wedding and they also really enjoyed their wedding day with them. In the end, we highly recommend Laky's services and are so grateful to them for capturing our day so beautifully.

Alex and his assistant Joe spent 8 hours with us on our wedding day, capturing the early afternoon to the later evening hours for our reception and beyond.
