She made sure everything lined up exactly perfect, didn't rush, and I was SO happy with the result. She even took some extra care when I texted her thinking I had messed it up, and offered to retouch it the next day. No retouching was needed though because she did an immaculate job! The entrance to this establishment is on the 2nd floor of a building, and you have to take the side stairs to get upstairs, which is quite fine -- lots of signage. I parked on the street across (on Ventura Blvd) and that was a breeze.
