Don't attempt to claim it's the customers' fault, it's the manager not doing their job of keeping track of employees. Today, while looking for drapes,I overheard a female employee mouthing off to 2 other employees about a customer needing the sales girl to go get another size. THREE FEMALE EMPLOYEES with one bad mouthing a customer. Oh, and did I mention that she ended that tirade with the "f" word?
