However, I did not receive an inventory list to check against for two days. Some of my storage boxes were delivered empty. I packed the containers myself so I knew what what supposed to be in those boxes. They went through my things and took what they wanted. They refused to pay for the items because I did not have receipts! They dropped my treadmill off the truck, broke an antique table, and chipped up our hardwood floors. The driver did not know the two guys that showed up to unload at our destination ( late ) Very unprofessional. I also had a very difficult time reaching someone in the office - always out of the office. No one could or would tell be where my cargo was being held for two days while we took possession of our new house 200 miles away. The guilt and pain that I feel for trusting this company with my valuables is overwhelming at times.

Mike's moving was hired to pack up (day 1) and move (day 2) a large personal residence across town. Michael Heard called me and said they would not be able to do the packing. I told him no problem and I packed up the home. He said he would be there at 8 am for the move. On the day of the move, he called and stated it would be 12 before he could be there for the move. At this point, I told him that was unacceptable. He showed up with a small moving truck at 10 am (about the size you would move a 1 br apartment) and no help. Later 2 men came in to assist, but I am pretty sure they were not part of a regular crew. The move was not completed and what they did move took longer than he said it would take. I would not use this company or recommend this company for any time of moving services.
