This is the first 1 star rating I have ever given to a restaurant as it was the worst meal I had in a long time. Ordered the wings combo. The food came out cold (I meant completely cold, not even lukewarm), and the boom boom shrimps and chicken wings were not crispy at all. It was like the food has been sitting out for a long time. The strange thing was the three of us had to wait a long time to get our food. The kitchen appeared to be overwhelmed. There were only two servers when we were there. Our server did the best she could and checked on us a few times. I'm happy to report I had a great first time experience. Our waitress (I believe her name was India) was awesome. She was kind and very patient with us as we were overwhelmed with all the wing sauce options. She was able to answer our questions, make some suggestions, and was nice enough to get us a couple samples of sauces we were curious about. I mean she was great and I really appreciated her level of professionalism. Our order came out quickly, and without any mistakes. The wings were spot on, crunchy yet tender and juicy. Not overly salty. Fries were great, again hot, crispy and seasoned well. We enjoyed everything. Apparently, this spot is newly renovated and the front shows it. Very sports bar oriented with lots of big screens for different sports viewing. We enjoyed watching football while we ate. I will say the bathroom wasn't updated which isn't that big of a deal but the trash was overflowing so it was obvious no one was checking it. I've never been to this location, partly because of how bad the reviews were but I'm happy to report I had a different experience. Keep up the good work. read more

The manager reached out to me and offered compensation for my family, which is very kind. We didn't go back though, since it's far from our home. Went to this restaurant in the beginning of February while on vacation. The waitress did not want to be there- due to the fact that she had forgotten about our table. It took forever to get our drink order, as well as dinner order. She was sitting with friends when she was told not to be sitting. She brought our appetizers, another waitress had also brought them. When it came time for the entrées, she had brought out two dinners, followed by another two dinners five minutes later, and then brought out the last dinner thirty minutes later. Since everyone was done with their meals by the time the last meal came out, we did not want the meal. When confronted, all she said was, "Do you want to speak to my manager?" No, we did not want to speak to the manager. Yes, she received a twenty percent tip she very much did not deserve. Terrible service. Terrible food. Will never return. read more

Received great service while at this location. Food was brought out hot and fast. Always enjoyed the Beef o Brady's because of their cool menu options and great price point. Also the Tuesday kids eat free promo is a huge plus! This specific location I give a bonus star because I very much enjoyed the layout of the restaurant. I will be back here for football Sunday's because there is literally no bad seat in the house. With the raised level on the backside, both rows of tables parallel with the bar, and all the tvs lined up above the bar no matter where you sit you are getting a great view. They also get bonus points for the roast beef garlic melt I usually ordered was by far the best one I've tasted. I will always suggest beef o Brady's for an easy going, cost effective, delicious family meal (as well as a great location to watch the games!), but I would give extra recommendation for this one specifically based on my last experience and the layout of this particular location. read more

We visited here last evening, 2 adults, 2 children. Ordered wings, all wings, mild. Received spicy wings which included drumsticks. Ordered curly fries, received straight fries. Ordered spinach & artichoke dip. It was served in a little plastic container, not a sign of an artichoke. Made evidently from a powd0er. It was not edible. Service was terrible; waitress was a girl named Diamond. Awful attitude. Kids spilled glass of water, had to go to bar to get a towel. A real mess. Waitress never offered assistance but a bar server came over with another towel. Waitress knocked a knife onto the floor, picked it up & put it back on the table. Placed order at noon for a 5:30pm pickup. Got notification that my order was ready at 5:26pm. Got there at 5:35pm. I requested curbside pickup but decided to go into the restaurant only to be told my order was being packed. I was told my order was being packed and packed and packed until 6:08pm. Upon this occasion this review is predicated by the phenomenal service received from Amy. New Look Same Problems: Service was awful. We sat watching staff eat meals while we waited to be served. Now with the new look you have a nice view of the service window/area where you can visibly see your waitress texting and talking while you wait on your drink you ordered 15 min prior. Went up to the bar to get my drink. Apparently with the wing basket you have to state you want coleslaw or else you receive double orders of the horrible straight Fries they replaced their older ones with. Ordered kids meal first. No utensils. No plates. PS: I don't think there is another family out there that wants this beefs to succeed more than we do. We have had some amazing times and made family memories at this location in the past. While towards the end of the old beefs we knew something had to change. During football season this place is great. The staff is very accommodating when you are looking for your favorite team. The food is well above ordinary bar food and the prices are very reasonable. The service has always been good, this is my favorite Beef's in my area of Tampa. Not a great place for baseball unless you are Rays fan or possibly the Marlins. The beers are cold. I work in Riverview and I have to admit sometimes our lunch choices in this area are very limited. This Beef's is the best one I have been to. I go there at least once a week and I ALWAYS have had great service from very friendly service staff. Over the past several years I have only had one issue with my food and it was very minor. I didn't even ask for it to be corrected, they automatically apologized and took it off my check. The food is exactly what you would expect at a Beefs and I can say it always comes out hot and fresh. First time here for a take out order of burgers and it was decent and reasonable ordered the Patty Melt and Signature burger and they were good. Although they only came with a very small amount of fries ,the cheapest thing to make they skimped on. We ordered 2 desserts as well but they average at best. only went to this location because they advertised happy hour, 2-4-1 wind and beer. when we arrive and order the passive aggressive waitress says the wine is only white wine, even though we are looking at the menu insert with the 2-4-1 and it shows a glass of red wine - she says it's a corporate decision she nor the manager can do anything about it. We should have left right then and there.... so we order beer - disappointing. When our wings come the sauce is tiny tiny, like 2-3 tablespoons in a cup.... definately not enough for 10 wings. We asked for more and were charged for it! So guess we haven't been to Beefs in a while for three of us was $60. And we had to endure false advertising, and an attitude to boot. The Riverview Beef's used to be a great restaurant, friendly staff, good food but over the last six or seven months it's gone downhill. Last night, in 30 minutes we managed to get a beer and never could get our food order in. We were told there were three tables before us trying to order. The servers were frantic trying to keep up, the kitchen can't put food out on time and when they do it's half cooked or burned. I feel sorry for the servers last night, there were three of them and the place was packed. They don't smile anymore. I've been going there almost weekly for over 16 years and I've never seen it this bad. It's acting like a store in crisis and I'm sorry to say, but at this rate I guess it won't be here at year.end. Wait staff was very slow. Kitchen was even slower. Pizza claimed to have tons of mozzarella and we order one with three meats. It was mostly sauce and chunks of tomato. The table next to us left before their food came... Maybe we should have followed them. I don't believe it's the chains fault but is the local manager.
