Great selection of beer - lots of local craft beers from Sweden, both on tap and in the bottle. Extremely knowledgeable staff - not only presenting the beer right, but also know the story of each and every local brewery represented at the bar. Excellent food - I had ribs (recommended by the staff), excellent - meaty, generous, smoky, perfectly cooked, delicious meal overall. Excellent service all the way. Definitely recommended.

They have tables downstairs in a super cozy basement type of place, with it's own bar and some tables in the back for eating. The floor that you walk into seems to have the main bar and tables for eating and was pretty lively on a Friday night, with an "after work" type of crowd. The food was great - we both ordered the burger and it was delicious! Seriously good, very straight forward but exactly what you think about when you order a burger at a pub. It came with piping hot fries. The beer selection was pretty good, they had some local brewery beers (beerbliotek) which we stuck with. The pricing is about 2 dollar signs. The service was slow due to the fact that it seemed like only one person was serving the entire bottom floor - but I don't think this is the place to dine and dash, more casual bar atmosphere to sit and chat a while.

The outdoor patio is full of people and sunshine in the afternoon. It's a middle age person crowd, and I don't think I saw any children. Makes for a great start to the evening. They also have a great burger and Cesar salad. Pub food that's a step above. I've never sat inside, but I would - it looks cozy and charming.

For appetizers we ordered the hot shrimps on toast and garlic bread with aioli. Somehow I expected the shrimps on toast to be hotter, it felt like regular shrimp salad with maybe like 5% hint of jalapeños. The garlic bread was nicely presented but I think for $7 you expect maybe more than just 2 small pieces of bread. For our main dishes I had the halloumi burger with a mix of sweet & reg fries. Fries were meh, nothing special but I loved the burger. Such a nice touch with the beer caramelized onions! Yummy! My friend was very happy with her Wiener schnitzel. Our server was sweet and our dishes came out fast (since we were the only ones here at first). We also decided to share the Belgian waffle topped with Nutella and vanilla ice cream. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Grevens Gastro and I would definitely come again when the weather is nicer because their outdoor area next to the water is beautiful!
