After reading all of this review I'm sure this is not an accident but a targeted decision to ruin certain woman's hair. After the horrible bleach, she started brushing it without washing it and I could see all of my hair falling out but she said "it's okay that's how is supposed to be" And I said, but I wanted brown, she did not listen, for months my hair didn't had a small, rejected all of the conditioners, and would fall in pieces.My hair took years and is still under treatment to grow back. This woman targets people intentionally for personal purposes, I had never done anything to her in my whole life, but her friend was my father's ex, and it seemed my only sin was to have been born.
