They were friendly, accommodating, and by far the best price. I wanted to keep much of the wood from my tree and they willingly cut the tree trunk and branches into manageable pieces. I finally sent a note saying that I was disappointed that they weren't able to come to our appointment. Their only response was that they were delayed by rain on another job. Delay for rain I understand. Failing to call to cancel or reschedule an appointment I do not understand. They might be the best guys in town, but if they don't communicate well, that doesn't bode well for them doing what I actually want them to do.
