We had graveside services and when we arrived there was nothing there but a hole. Apparently they forgot what time the service was. We had to wait for them to get things ready. In their haste they dropped her flowers and broke them into pieces. Fortunately, there was another funeral that day and they replaced her flowers with theirs, no charge!! And it went downhill from there. There was no apology. They said we arrived too early. When I asked what time it was they said 10:58, our service was at 11:00. They also said I expected too much which I replied the ashes and the flowers I paid for were not too much! Never recommend!!

Everything was in place as we arrived and he helped us at the end, carrying items to our car and packing things up. We had to mail in payment after the fact and he gave me a courteous phone call to let me know payment has arrived and would mail me a receipt. Everything from start to finish was perfect.
