The first day of the delivery I never received my meals due to the fact that I had made a mistake typing the delivery address on the ordering page. After noticing my meals did not arrive and that I had made a mistake, I quickly contacted customer in regards to the situation. The customer service was very understanding of the situation and even though it was a mistake on my end by giving them the wrong address for delivery they gave me a credit for the meals that were not delivered and also added the rest of the week with free snacks. That was very kind on there end knowing the mistake was mines. I am now on my second month of the lunch and dinner power meal plan and I can honestly say I am not going anywhere else. The meals have been very tasty, the portions on the power Meal plan are just perfect and the customer service is by far the best I have encountered in any meal delivery service.
