I don't usually write reviews for any business but I felt it necessary to do so. Unfortunately, I went into these treatments with high hopes and lots of enthusiasm, but I was sadly disappointed in my results. The staff at BA was amazing but there was some staff turnover in the short time I was going for my treatments which is never a good sign. I paid for 24 treatment sessions and had to miss a few appointments but received all 24 sessions. I not only did not lose weight I had very little change at all; I completed my treatments about 10 or 12 days ago and have yet to be contacted to find out how I felt about the treatment and my results. I also felt that nearing the end of my treatments the sessioseemed to get shorter and less intense especially the power plate workouts -- I felt totally rushed and felt as though they wanted to be done with me and my treatments--not a good feeling. Forget the gym. This place is amazing! You first do your 30 minutes of exercise and then you treat yourself to the next 30 minutes of relaxation. If you follow the plan, you will see results.
