Since late February, my husband has received No compensation, despite diligently attending all required medical appointments, physical therapy, and depositions. This protracted delay has imposed severe financial and emotional distress on our family. My primary concern is Mr. Frank's consistent lack of communication and apparent inaction. Attempts to obtain updates or clarity are routinely met with silence, and explicit requests for callbacks are never, fulfilled. This leaves us feeling entirely uninformed and unsupported during a critical period. The absence of any discernible progress in our case points to a clear lack of proactive engagement. On October 1, I got a call back from law student Savanah who conducted an interview, but was unable to explain the firm's nearly 2 week delay. 3. The next contact from the firm was not till November 18, when lawyer Andres left a voicemail with no apology for the 2-month delay. 4. He subsequently sent me an email stating, "If you wish to proceed with your claim, it is important to act immediately. Failure to do so may bar your claim based upon time limits." All other firms I called allowed me to speak with a lawyer the same day for a consult/decision on whether they'll take the case.
