Goodness, not one for writing reviews, a very Obnoxious and rude Dentist, certainly I can say with all sincerity I will never return here.
The Receptionist was very nice and very helpful, Dentist Mr Begley, I felt patronised and when asked questions it was obvious he was not willing to explain easily, just patronised with Medical terms which I did not understand.
Had to return as after extraction I had Severe pain, I mean severe, clearly on checking with another Dental Surgery, dry socket as I was told. I had followed all instructions.
I understand these things can be out of the control of the Dentist of course, but, when I returned, he said it wasn't dry socket, dismissed me like I was a child and taking up his time, once he had been paid for the Extraction and unaware I had sought a check elsewhere.
A very Condescending and patronising Dentist, I may not be a A dental genius but, good manners to pay for the privilege to feel insulted is not acceptable, one incident I could have overlooked as a bad day but, to feel the same on return, certainly this is ongoing.
I would like to reiterate, the Receptionist was most helpful and pleasant. read more
