I'm not here to disparage anyone's reputation or denounce Behatilife Apothecary. Rather I am here to speak my truth. I am hopeful that it will help at least one person. I too have been a supporter of Jess, her content , Behatilife products, and all that it entails for a few years. However, her business practices are questionable. My experience involves being extremely patient (maybe too patient) as I waited for my order for over a month. When I finally inquired, I was told by an assistant that they would work very hard to prioritize my order. I again waited a few weeks to then receive an email to review the products. I reached out and informed the assistant that I did not receive any products. I was told my products were delivered and given a postal tracking number which actually showed products were sent to another address in another state. I assume they didn't believe me because after contacting them they disappeared and never responded to any more emails. Due to my waiting "patiently" there is no longer a recourse for me, but I did learn my lesson. I ordered from Behatilife in the past and was "patient" when a product I ordered was missing from the package, "patient" when a service I reserved for almost a year was canceled days prior to the date. I was hopeful that this was an oversight, that this situation would be resolved, but this was not the case. Nevertheless, I know we are human and things sometimes happen. I imagine being sole creator must be challenging at times but this was a blatant disregard toward a customer. I am so bummed! I've followed Jess for years. And have ordered some things in the past, but I ordered a candle in April and a reading jn May. It's now August and haven't received either one. I have reached out multiple times for a refund and no answer. So disappointed as I see she's actively work on new products. This is just not how you do business. Really disappointing. read more

Really disappointed with customer service and with the products I received two months after ordering. The very expensive candle was made quickly and poorly, never burned correctly because the wick was crooked and the wax was full of airholes. Less than average service and products don't work as claim. I could've bought the herbs myself for less and do my own work. The other positive reviews are overly exaggerated and after getting my products I can't help to think that maybe is close friends of the owner who of course could write a bias review. I have been a fan of Behatilife for years - I tuned in every week to her live chats, videos, bought some oils, was apart of her sacred circle school and bought her book. She was my " go to" astrologer and tarot reader. I felt like I knew her after years of following her experience and all her moves and accomplishments. I recommended her to all my friends and people interested in spirituality. I thought it was time to get a reading with her and booked in 2/2020 in 9/2019 bc she's so popular. I was looking forward to this for half a year, and when the time came, I was so excited! I prepared with notes, water, centering myself, cleansing my room for her wisdom. I texted her right before how I'm ready and excited. She responded ten minutes prior to reading she has a family emergency and has to reschedule. No apology or times to reschedule. I was sad to hear about her family, but also it's just so unprofessional. She refunded me, but refused to set up another time with her and was immature/ sarcastic that I didn't seem totally understanding of her family emergency. Ofcourse, I wish her all the best with her family, but I am not a friend, but a paying client. You have to delegate both worlds in business. I run my own reiki business and live in constant pain, but I show up no matter what, using professionalism and grace. She did not handle the situation like a true professional and it revealed to me how big her ego really is. I've heard similar stories like these for years of her sacred circle Facebook posts but I just ignored them bc she is very talented and knowledgeable. My view of her is totally different know (seeing her true colors) and after years of support, I will no longer be supporting her in anyway. I left her sacred circle group and I don't even want a reading from her anymore. She prides herself of having a " Behativibe tribe" but does not live up to all her own philosophy and promises.
