Things have improved at home and also at school. The suggestions she has given have worked wonders with him. The biggest thing we have learned is every family is different and you need to find what works for you. The great thing is she involves the family so that we all benefit from her services. It is a small office with 3 rooms that have a couch and some chairs in each room and a waiting room. The counselors come in as needed for appointments so you will need to contact them since they don't do walk ins.

After two weeks, I started calling to see if we had reached a point where we could set a date for our first appointment. I was told that first, they were evaluating coverage (2 weeks), then I was approved and being assigned a therapist (4 weeks), next a therapist was evaluating my request but was very busy (6 weeks), finally that a therapist will call by the end of the week...never heard from them. I'm just glad that my situation didn't necessarily require immediate attention.

Another session I did the raindrop technique which is a mix of aromatherapy, and energy healing (different than the reiki) which worked wonders on an incessant cough I had been battling for a couple of weeks!
